RUBICODE undertook it’s work programme in close cooperation with the European biodiversity research community to ensure the relevance of the new concepts and integrate different ideas into a widely accepted framework. Thus, RUBICODE involved a large number of ‘associates’ or ‘external experts’ with a wide range of scientific viewpoints.
We intend to involve our associates in online conferences and discussions and in project workshops. Invitations for all events will be sent out by the responsible Work Package leaders. If associates are invited to a workshop and accept, their travel and subsistence will be paid. The time will unfortunately have to be their own.
Although we intend to invite all associates to at least one of the workshops, we can’t guarantee that we will be able to coordinate invitations to that level at the moment.
